  • LAS CONCHAS:  The number of sold homes has gone down over the past year by 33%, but the average sale price is up from $277K to $312K!  Those of you with homes in Las Conchas are building some very nice equity!
  • EAST BEACHES: The number of sold homes has gone done over the past year and unfortunately, the average sale price has decreased as well by up to 22%.  But take heart East Beach owners, Encantame Towers is on schedule to deliver in Fall of 2020 with a nearly sold out Tower 1, and Tower 2 nearly half-sold.  With the thousands of renters who will be discovering Playa Encanto, we're certain the market will rebound!
  • SANDY BEACH: The number of sold condos has held steady over this past year and the average sales price has increased by 7%.  This combination makes Sandy Beach the healthiest market in Puerto Penasco.  You can't lose here!
